I came across this after a very long abcence the other day with Peter Capaldi and some really ugly woman..;what a pile of absolute crap. It had a kind of renaissance under Tenant..

Not too bothered about this as it's shit anyway and why can't a regurgitating shape changing alien change gender. Fair enough.
However if they try to change James Bond into a black guy or even a women (Jan Bond) it will be totally out of order.
Ian Fleming never depicted Bond as anything other than a white male.

Is there any argument for NOT making this change? Why do you feel a make believe alien who can change shape, size, looks and gender should continue to change only into consecutive white men?
I just don't understand why anyone would be upset with this? It's a brave, exciting new direction for a popular but FICTIONAL TV character?
I've never understood why people see conspiracies or 'agendas' in such unimportant changes in life nor why they feel so threatened by them?
